EuroTank MyRain Rainwater Harvesting Systems

Eurotank myrain HARVESTING SYSTEM PROVIDES A SIMPLE AND RELIABLE METHOD OF REDUCING YOUR RELIANCE ON MAINS WATER – THEREBY REDUCING YOUR WATER CHARGES.

Once a mains water supply is available to you, then you will be given an allocation of water. Once you go over this allocation you will be charged for every litre of water used. By installing a rainwater harvesting system – you can easily supply all of the toilets, outside taps and your washing machine with free water. This will reduce your consumption by up to 35% – making sure you never go over your allocated water allowance.

OUR RAINWATER HARVESTING SYSTEMS COME AS PACKAGED UNITS- WITH EVERYTHING ALREADY PREINSTALLED IN THE TANK.
Water from the roof enters the tank – with any debris removed by the stainless steel full filter [1mm filter]. Water then enters the tank via the calmed inlet. This calmed inlet prevents disturbance of settled sedimentation layer and supplies the lower part of the water with oxygen. Therefore the water remains fresh. Water is then pumped via a stainless steel pump up to the header tank in the attic. The floating intake on the pump only takes water from the cleanest level of the water column – and there is an additional fine mesh filter on this floating intake.
When the water level is low, there is a mains water top up directly into the header tank. this is far superior to a mains water feed into the tank – as much less mains water is used. The pump has a built in float switch to turn it off and prevent pump burn out when water levels are low. When it rains again – the pump re-activates and pumps water to the header tank as normal. By having a mains water top up – it ensures there is an uninterrupted water supply at all times – even during power outages.
